Injun Ears Records
The Brief:
To design a mainly information based site for an industrial techno record label. With music downloads which could be purchased using PayPal.
Background:
Injun Ears Records is based in Edinburgh, Scotland and creates music for the underground clubbing scene. With an eclectic range of artists available for bookings, who perform live in venues across Europe.
Work Process:
It was decided that because of the nature of techno clubs we opted for a dark web site. Red was chosen to brighten it with text in white and chrome to give the design a sharp industrial feel.
The mock-ups were designed to create a compact site which offered many options for the user to navigate in a simple no fuss manner. A small product page was set up, using PayPal as a shopping cart.
