Welcome to the Aldhous Web Design portfolio. Here you will find a slide show with thumbnails of a selection of web sites we have created over recent years. We've tried to put a variety of sites to choose from.
Each have their own style and functionality. You will also find a brief outline of each of our clients sites, along with a link to their web sites case study which gives information about the initial brief and the way we made each web site.
Portfolio Case Studies
This web site was designed to stand out from the crowd with an eye catching design. It's look is very contemporary for the type of business, which caters mainly for solicitors and blue collar industries. The design is also inline with Kennedy's new brochure and advertising and has many detailed features with a complex CMS system in place.

This web site was designed to be simple and easy to navigate with an a medical family orientated design. It's look is slightly retro with a modern feel. but not too clinical, which helps it's appeal to people from all walks of life. The design is inline with Pachaa's advertising material and looks clean with a straightforward layout. but is yet to go live.

The owner of this web site wanted a re-design of the same design with some improvements, but wanted to keep the style of the web site intact. We re-created the existing site anew, with completely new images, CSS and templates, but it looks exactly the same, but with improvements of course!

This web site has a complex admin system to store orders, deal with affiliates. This store has a calendar based ordering system with shipping for same day and next day orders. The owner can offer discounts, special offers, add pages, have different languages, and customers even have there own individual editable accounts, so everyone's happy.

The owner asked for the site to reflect the cottage and the feeling of the country. We opted for calm neutral colours to reflect the relaxing nature of the business. Images show the beauty surrounding their cottage and gives the web site a personal and tranquil feel. The has a simple yet elegant feel about it.

This site was designed for a techno music production company and as their music is raw and dark the design reflects this. Their main audience are techno dance DJs and so the site has an underground feel with red, black and silver steal effect headers. Individual images adorn each page in the companies American Indian theme.

Picsel develop software for major mobile network and service providers worldwide. They required copy writers for the technical content of their site. We were happy to oblige and wrote the majority of content for this web site. Take a look and you'll see the sheer volume of content, not a small job!
